For a major international scientific publisher, Teezir built a Reviewer Finding System which fully automatically identifies suitable reviewers for a given scientific article or project proposal. For the project we combined our Expert Finding technology and our Query-by-Example technology. Based on the full text of an uploaded article or proposal, the most relevant experts in the collection are returned to the user. This ranked list of experts is based on the similarity of their previous publications to the uploaded article. Conflicts of interest that preclude experts from reviewing an article are taken into account.
