In cooperation with Wit communications consultancy, Teezir developed the community monitor. The community monitor checks a mix of market, expert, media and government sources. This allows issues to be discovered at an early stage, so that an adequate response is possible. The community monitor was configured for PWN to monitor the content in sites of local newspapers, local government, sector specific organizations, interest groups and the general public. PWN clearly sees the added value of this solution over traditional press clipping services. ‘As a water company and the largest nature conservancy in the province of North Holland, we focus considerable attention on crisis prevention.
